Netia informs about the costs of issuing series “I” shares
WARSAW, Poland – February 25, 2005 – Netia SA ("Netia") (WSE: NET), Poland's largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, today announced that the estimated cost of issuing its new series “I” shares amounted to approximately PLN 1.3 million. The issuance costs include the costs of preparing and executing the offering in the approximate amount of PLN 490 thousand and the costs of preparing the prospectus in the approximate amount of PLN 830 thousand. The average issuance cost per share was PLN 0.22.
