WARSAW, Poland – March 15, 2005 – Netia SA (“Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland's largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, today announced the introduction of new tariff plans for Telekomunikacja Polska customers using Netia 1055 service (i.e., indirect voice service), effective March 15, 2005. The new tariff plans “Optymalna 1055” and “Zyskowna 1055” are targeted to medium and large corporate clients, respectively, and are based on a per-second billing. The selected prices in both tariff plans are as follows:

 

“Optymalna 1055” (“Optimal 1055”) tariff plan:

-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls during peak hours (i.e., from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm during working days) is PLN 0.17 net (PLN 0.21 gross)

-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls to Netia’s direct voice clients during peak and off-peak hours is PLN 0.12 net (PLN 0.15 gross)

-          the price per minute for fixed-to-mobile calls during peak hours (i.e., from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm during working days) is PLN 0.80 net (PLN 0.98 gross)

-          the price per minute for international long distance calls to fixed lines networks in the EU countries and USA from PLN 0.50 net (PLN 0.61 gross)

-          the minimum monthly charge is PLN 400 net (PLN 488 gross)

 

“Zyskowna 1055” (“Profitable 1055”) tariff plan:

-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls during peak hours (i.e., from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm during working days) is PLN 0.15 net (PLN 0.18 gross)

-          the price per minute for fixed-to-mobile calls during peak hours (i.e., from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm during working days) is PLN 0.78 net (PLN 0.95 gross)

-          the price per minute for international long distance calls to fixed lines networks in the EU countries and USA from PLN 0.40 net (PLN 0.61 gross)

-          the minimum monthly charge is PLN 1,500 net (PLN 1,830 gross)
