Resignation of Netia’s management board member
WARSAW, Poland – December 14, 2005 – Netia SA (“Netia” or the “Company”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, announced that on December 14, 2005 Mr. Kent Holding, Company’s Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the position of the Company’s management board member with immediate effect.
