New offerings for business customers


WARSAW, Poland – October 10, 2005 – Netia SA (“Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland's largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, today announced the introduction of new product offerings within its voice and fixed Internet access services, effective October 10, 2005. The offerings are targeted to business customers, in particular to small and medium enterprises.
 
The new “Business” tariff plans proposal includes three options: “Business – local”, “Business – zonal” and “Business – 24/7”. These tariff plans are offered to clients of Netia’s direct voice services (using either analog or ISDN lines) as well as to clients of Netia 1055 service (i.e., indirect voice service) and are based on a per-second billing (no call set-up charge).
 
Significant changes were made within the fixed Internet access offering in SDSL and ADSL technology. In particular, the new service “TopNet” was launched while the reduction of monthly subscription fees and the extension of available data transmission speeds were introduced with regard to “BusinessNet24” service. In addition, the value packages for voice connections (based on the “Business” tariff plans) were introduced for both services within the amount of a monthly subscription fee. All product options of “TopNet” and “BusinessNet24” services provide unlimited data transfer and fixed IP addresses.
 
The innovative element of this new product offering is the introduction of value packages defining the amount of money to be used for voice connections per month, with the possibility to transfer the unutilized part of the package’s limit onto next months (up to the amount of two packages). The benefits resulting from the value packages apply when purchasing voice services stand-alone (“Business” tariff plans) and in a bundle with “TopNet” and/or “BusinessNet24” fixed Internet access products. The amount of value packages depends on the type of access to Netia’s network.
 
The selected prices in new product offerings are as follows:
 “Business - local” voice tariff plan:
-          the price per minute for local calls terminated in Netia’s network * (all days) is PLN 0.08 net (PLN 0.10 gross)
-          the price per minute for local calls terminated in other operators’ networks (all days) is PLN 0.10 net (PLN 0.12 gross) ** and PLN 0.13 net (PLN 0.16 gross) ***
-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls terminated in Netia’s network * (all days) is PLN 0.16 net (PLN 0.20 gross)
-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls terminated in other operators’ networks (all days) is PLN 0.18 net (PLN 0.22 gross)
-          the price per minute for fixed-to-mobile calls terminated in domestic networks (all days) is PLN 0.80 net (PLN 0.98 gross)
*    With regard to the numbering range used by the Netia group companies.
**   For connections made by all clients of Netia’s direct voice services and clients of Netia 1055 service (indirect voice service) in the following numbering zones: Gdańsk, Kalisz, Katowice, Kielce, Kraków, Lublin, Opole, Piła, Poznań, Radom, Siedlce, Warszawa and  Włocławek.

Business - zonal” voice tariff plan:
-          the price per minute for local calls terminated in Netia’s network * (all days) is PLN 0.11 net (PLN 0.13 gross)
-          the price per minute for local calls terminated in other operators’ networks (all days) is PLN 0.13 net (PLN 0.16 gross)
-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls terminated in Netia’s network * (all days) is PLN 0.11 net (PLN 0.13 gross)
-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls terminated in other operators’ networks (all days) is PLN 0.13 net (PLN 0.16 gross)
-          the price per minute for fixed-to-mobile calls terminated in domestic networks (all days) is PLN 0.80 net (PLN 0.98 gross)

Business – 24/7” voice tariff plan:
-          the price per minute for local calls terminated in Netia’s network * during peak hours (i.e., from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm during working days) is PLN 0.10 net (PLN 0.12 gross)
-          the price per minute for local calls terminated in Netia’s network * during off-peak hours (i.e., from 6.00 pm to 8.00 am during working days and all day during weekends) is PLN 0.08 net (PLN 0.10 gross)
-          the price per minute for local calls terminated in other operators’ networks during peak hours (i.e., from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm during working days) is PLN 0.12 net (PLN 0.15 gross)
-          the price per minute for local calls terminated in other operators’ networks during off-peak hours (i.e., from 6.00 pm to 8.00 am during working days and all day during weekends) is PLN 0.10 net (PLN 0.12 gross)
-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls terminated in Netia’s network * during peak hours (i.e., from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm during working days) is PLN 0.18 net (PLN 0.22 gross)
-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls terminated in Netia’s network * during off-peak hours (i.e., from 6.00 pm to 8.00 am during working days and all day during weekends) is PLN 0.14 net (PLN 0.17 gross)
-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls terminated in other operators’ networks during peak hours (i.e., from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm during working days) is PLN 0.20 net (PLN 0.24 gross)
-          the price per minute for domestic long distance calls terminated in other operators’ networks during off-peak hours (i.e., from 6.00 pm to 8.00 am during working days and all day during weekends) is PLN 0.16 net (PLN 0.20 gross)
-          the price per minute for fixed-to-mobile calls terminated in domestic networks during peak hours (i.e., from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm during working days) is PLN 0.90 net (PLN 1.10 gross)
-          the price per minute for fixed-to-mobile calls terminated in domestic networks during off-peak hours (i.e., from 6.00 pm to 8.00 am during working days and all day during weekends is PLN 0.70 net (PLN 0.85 gross)
