Netia’s management board member announces upcoming resignation
WARSAW, Poland – July 1, 2005 – Netia SA (“Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland's largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, announced today that it has been informed by Mrs. Irene Cackett, a member of Netia’s Management Board, about her plans to leave the Company at the end of August 2005. Until that time Mrs. Irene Cackett will continue to hold her current position of Chief Commercial Officer.
