WARSAW, Poland – April 28, 2005 – Netia SA (“Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland's largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, today announced the introduction of local calls in two stage access for all Telekomunikacja Polska customers using Netia 1055 service (i.e., indirect voice service), as of May 1, 2005. The calls will be set-up after dialing a free access number: 0800 884488 (having obtained a connection with the dial-in number, the client dials “0”, then the area code and the local number). The cost of the dial-in local calls between 8am and 8pm during all days will amount to PLN 0.13 net (PLN 0.16 gross) per minute in the following areas: Krakow (12), Rzeszow (17), Warsaw (22), Katowice (32), Łódź (42), Bydgoszcz (52), Gdansk (58), Poznan (61), Wroclaw (71), Lublin (81), Olsztyn (89) and Szczecin (91). The cost of dial-in calls between 8am and 8pm within other zones will amount to PLN 0.14 net (PLN 0.16 gross). Between 8pm and 8 am during all days the cost of the calls will be PLN 0.08 net (PLN 0.10 gross) per minute in all zones. The calls are billed on a per-second or per-minute basis depending on the tariff chosen by the client. Detailed price lists of new tariff plans are available at Netia’s website: www.netia.pl.
