Netia launches new Internet service
WARSAW, Poland - April 16, 2002 - Netia Holdings S.A. (Nasdaq: NTIAQ, WSE: NET), Poland's largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, today announced the launch of a new service, "Internet flat rate," for subscribers using the Internet access service. The new service has been introduced in Netia's continuous efforts to satisfy the needs of its customers. It allows users to connect to the Internet for a specified number of hours each month for a predetermined flat rate. The connection is counted on a per minute basis.
The service is available to Netia directly connected clients and can be activated telephonically.
