Changes to Netia’s statute were registered in court
WARSAW, Poland – March 29, 2007 – Netia SA (“Company” or “Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, today announced that on March 28, 2007 the Polish court registered the changes to Netia’s statute as adopted by its ordinary shareholders meeting on March 21, 2007 (the “AGM”) (see Netia’s press release dated March 21, 2007).
Below Netia presents the previous and currently binding wording of the statute’s provisions (attachment 1) and the new uniform wording of the statute as adopted by the AGM (attachment 2). Changes to Netia’s statute concerning the Company’s share capital regarded solely the labeling of shares’ series, without effect on the amount of Netia’s shares capital, total number of votes or rights from the shares.
