Admitting Netia’s series K shares to trading
WARSAW, Poland – July 20, 2007 – Netia SA (“Netia” or the “Company”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, announced that in connection with issuance by the Company, within its authorized capital, of 109,455 ordinary bearer series K shares (see press release dated July 12, 2007), the Company filed the following motions on July 19, 2007:
- to assimilate on July 26, 2007 the issued Series K Shares by KDPW with the remaining Netia’s shares identified by code “PLNETIA00014”; and
- to admit the issued Series K Shares to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange from July 26, 2007, following their assimilation by the KDPW.
Pursuant to the resolution No. 535/2007 dated July 20, 2007, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit the issued 109,455 Series K Shares to trading on July 26, 2007 subject to their assimilation by KDPW on July 26, 2007 with the remaining Netia shares.
