An amendment to the English language convenience translation of the auditor’s report attached to the consolidated financial statements for 2008 (13/2009/K)
The Management Board of Netia S.A. (the “Company” or “Netia”) hereby makes an amendment to current report dated 24 February 2009 No. 13/2009.
Due to technical error, the final draft of the English language convenience translation of the auditor opinion issued in Polish was not attached to the consolidated financial statements. The correct version is attached to this filing. The unqualified audit opinion is unchanged from that issued in Polish on 23 February 2009.

Article 96 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information to be disclosed by issuers of securities, dated 19 October 2005 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 209, item 1744).
