Resignation of a supervisory board member (24/2009)
The Management Board of Netia SA (the “Company”) announces that on March 26, 2009 Mr. Marek Gul resigned from his position as Chairman and member of the Company’s supervisory board, effective as of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Netia, that was convened for April 9, 2009.
The Company’s management board would like to thank Mr. Marek Gul for his commitment and valuable contribution to the development of the Company during his service at the Company’s supervisory board.
