An amendment to the current report No. 21/2010 dated June 10, 2010 (21/2010/K)
The Management Board of Netia SA (“Company” or “Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, hereby makes an amendment to the current report No. 21/2010 dated June 10, 2010.
The amendment is in regard to a correction of the editorial mistake in the EGM announcement in the section “Information to shareholders - right to participate in the EGM". The deadline for requesting a registered certificate confirming the right to participate in the EGM is the first business day after the Record Date, i.e.: 12 July 2010, while it was mistakenly presented 11 July 2010.
The announcement after amendment is attached in an annex.
