Netia’s series K shares admitted to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (17/2011)
WARSAW, Poland – March 18, 2011 – Netia SA (“Netia” or the “Company”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, announced, in connection with its current report No. 15/2010 dated March 15, 2011, that pursuant to the resolution No. 332/2011 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”), dated March 17, 2011, 815,381 series K ordinary bearer shares of Netia, assigned by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych SA (National Depository of Securities) with the PLNETIA00097 code, (the “Shares”), were admitted to trading on WSE. The Shares will commence trading on WSE on March 25, 2011, provided that on the same day the Polish National Depository for Securities will assimilate the Shares with the remaining Netia’s shares.
The Shares were issued due to the exercise of stock options (see current report No. 15/2011).
