Resignation of Netia's management board member (64/2011)
WARSAW, Poland – November 23, 2011 – Netia SA (“Netia” or “Company”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, announced today that Mr. Piotr Nesterowicz, Chief Operating Officer and member of the Management Board, after more than three years at Netia, has resigned from the position of member of the Company’s Management Board with effect on December 31, 2011. In accordance with the agreement with the Company, Mr. Nesterowicz will continue to serve as Chief Operating Officer until May 31, 2012.
Mr. Nesterowicz’s resignation was due to private reasons and an intention to devote his time to projects and activities outside business.
