Reporting Calendar for 2012; Change of the reporting date for FY 2011 (76/2011)

The management board of Netia S.A. (“Netia”) hereby announces the dates for reporting its financial results for 2012:
1Q 2012:May 15, 2012
1H 2012:August 23, 2012
3Q 2012:November 8, 2012
FY 2012:February 21, 2013

Change of the date for reporting year-end 2011 financial results
Netia informs that it will release its financial results for year 2011 on March 15, 2012 and not on February 22, 2012 as it informed previously.
The above change is due to closing of the acquisitions of Crowley Data Poland Sp. z o.o. on December 14, 2011 (see Netia’s current report No. 73/2011 dated December 14, 2011) and Telefonia Dialog SA on December 16, 2011 (see Netia’s current report No. 75/2011 dated December 16, 2011), which requires the preparation of the opening balance sheets for these companies based on fair values and the necessity to include part of their results for December 2011 in the Netia Group’s consolidated financial statements for 2011.
