Correction of the report no. 6/2012 regarding registration of Netia’s share capital decrease and structure (6/2012/K)
In reference to the report no. 6/2012 the Company informs, that the Court decision indicated in the report no. 6/2012 also includes the registration of the changes of § 5 and § 13 of the Company’s Statute resolved by Netia’s Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting on December 15, 2011. The wording of the Statute changes and uniform wording of the Statute was published in the current report no. 74/2011.
