Netia Management confirms that in recent months, from time to time, different private equity funds have expressed interest in acquiring Netia's shares. Management may agree to due diligence requests by credible investors if the Management considers this to be in the long-term interest of the company and its shareholders.
No due diligence is underway as at the date of this statement and none is scheduled.
