Warsaw, Poland – June 11, 2012 - Netia SA ("Netia" or the "Company") (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunication services, announced that on June 11, 2012 it received a notification from a person holding a position of the Company’s Management Board member, whereby this person advised that on June 5, June 6 and June 8, 2012 sold on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 71,363 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the average price of PLN 5.7021 per share, as follows:

i)on June 5, 2012:
•1,363 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.77,
•18,375 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.79,

ii)on June 6, 2012:
•1,625 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.76,

iii)on June 8, 2012:
•15,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.65,
•5,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.66,
•15,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.67,
•15,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.68.
