Information on sale of Netia shares by management board member (60/2012)
Warsaw, Poland – June 22, 2012 - Netia SA ("Netia" or the "Company") (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunication services, announced that on June 22, 2012 it received a notification from a person holding a position of the Company’s Management Board member, whereby this person advised that from June 18 to June 22, 2012 sold on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 173,131 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the average price of PLN 5.9514 per share, as follows:
i)on June 18, 2012:
•4,500 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.94,
•12,131 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.95,
•5,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.96,
ii)on June 19, 2012:
•16,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.94,
•14,319 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.95,
•18,500 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.96,
•2,681 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.97,
iii)on June 20, 2012:
•3,200 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.94,
•13,800 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.95,
•5,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 5.96,
