Information on sale of Netia shares by a person closely related with the management board member (92/2012)


Warsaw, Poland – October 10, 2012 - Netia SA ("Netia" or the "Company") (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunication services, announced that today it received a notification from a person holding a position of the Company’s Management Board member, whereby this person advised that on October 4,5 and 8, 2012, the company controlled by the obliged person, i.e. the person closely related with the person holding a position of the Company’s Management Board member in accordance with Article 160 par. 2 pt. 4 letter b of the Act on Trading In the Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws. 2005, No. 183, item 1538 amended), sold on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in total 205,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the average price of PLN 6.0052 per share, as follows:

i) on October 4, 2012:
  • 10,086 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 6.06,
  • 1,453 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 6.05,
  • 12,025 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 6.02,
  • 13,971 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 6.01,
  • 51,029 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 6.00,

ii) on October 5, 2012:
  • 16 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 6.01,
  • 20,116 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 6.00,

iii) on October 8, 2012:
  • 96,304 ordinary bearer shares of the Company sold at the price per share of PLN 6.00.

Section 160 of the Act on Trading In the Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws. 2005, No. 183, item 1538 amended).
