Announcement on convening an Extraordinary General Meeting for January 13, 2014. Draft resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting (49/2013)
WARSAW, Poland – November 25, 2013 – Netia SA (“Company” or “Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, today announced that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company is convened for January 13, 2014 at 12.00 hours CET (the “Meeting”).
The announcement of the Meeting and draft resolution are attached in annexes.
Legal basis:
§38 section 1 subsection 1 and subsection 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259 with amendments).
The announcement of the Meeting and draft resolution are attached in annexes.
