DIvidend from Telefonia Dialog Sp. z o.o. (53/2013)
The Management Board of Netia SA (“Netia” or the “Company”), Poland's largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, hereby announces that on 20 December 2013 the shareholders meeting of Telefonia Dialog Sp. z o.o. (“Dialog”) adopted a resolution on distribution of profits for the financial years 2007 – 2011 to its shareholder. As a result of the above Netia, the sole shareholder of Dialog, will receive the dividend in the total amount of 70 mln PLN. The dividend shall be paid by 31 December 2013.
