Resignation of Netia’s Management Board member (28/2014)
WARSAW, Poland – May 15, 2014 – Netia SA (“Netia” or “Company”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, announced that Mr. Mirosław Suszek, Chief Technical Officer and member of the Management Board, after two years at Netia, has resigned on May 14, 2013 from the position of member of the Company’s Management Board with effect on July 31, 2014.
Mr. Suszek’s resignation was due to intention to continue his career in another industry in order to take up new challenges and to gain new experience.
