Resignation of President of Netia Management Board (38/2014)
The Management Board of Netia SA (the “Company”) announces that on May 30, 2014 Mr. Mirosław Godlewski resigned from his position as President and member of the Company’s Management Board. The resignation is effective as of the end of May 30, 2014.
Resignation was filled as a result of the decision made on February 19, 2014 by Mr. Godlewski in agreement with the Supervisory Board of the Company (see current report no. 8/2014 dated February 20, 2014).
Legal basis:
§5 section 1.21 and § 27 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-member state (Journal of Law dated 2009 No. 33 pos. 259).
Resignation was filled as a result of the decision made on February 19, 2014 by Mr. Godlewski in agreement with the Supervisory Board of the Company (see current report no. 8/2014 dated February 20, 2014).
