Change of reporting date for 1H 2014 (51/2014)
In connection with the current report no. 52/2013 dated December 12, 2013, the management board of Netia SA (“Netia”) hereby announces that the 1H 2014 report, which initially was planned to be published on August 7, 2014 will be published on August 28, 2014. Dates for reporting other financial results for 2014 indicated in the current report no. 52/2013 dated December 12, 2013 remain unchanged.
Legal basis:
§ 103 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259 with amendments).
