Information on purchase and sale of Netia shares by a person closely related to the Supervisory Board member (87/2014)


Warsaw, Poland – November 28, 2014 - Netia SA ("Netia" or the "Company") (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunication services, announced that on November 27, 2014 it received a notification from a person holding a position of the Company’s Supervisory Board member, whereby this person advised that on November 21-26, 2014, the company being the person closely related to the person holding a position of the Company’s Supervisory Board member in accordance with Article 160 par. 2 pt. 4 of the Act on Trading In the Financial Instruments dated 29 July 2005 (Journal of Laws. 2005, No. 183, item 1538 amended), purchased on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in total 1,508,265 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the average price of PLN 5.60 per share, as follows:

• 54,782 ordinary bearer shares of the Company bought at the price per share of PLN 5.63 on November 21, 2014 and settled on November 25, 2014,
• 14,694 ordinary bearer shares of the Company bought at the price per share of PLN 5.63 on November 24, 2014 and settled on November 26, 2014,
• 1,437,627 ordinary bearer shares of the Company bought at the price per share of PLN 5.60 on November 25, 2014 and settled on November 27, 2014,
• 1,162 ordinary bearer shares of the Company bought at the price per share of PLN 5.60 on November 26, 2014 and settled on November 28, 2014,

And
sold on November 24, 2014 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 2,967 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the price of PLN 5.72 per share in a transaction settled on November 26, 2014.
