Deputy Chairman of Netia Supervisory Board resigned from his position as a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board (34/2015)
The Management Board of Netia SA (the “Company”) announced that on June 1, 2015 Mr. Cezary Smorszczewski, Deputy Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board, resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board. The resignation is effective from the date of the resignation.
Legal basis:
§5 section 1.21 and § 27 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-member state (Journal of Law dated 2009 No. 33 pos. 259).
