WARSAW, Poland – May 28, 2003 – Netia Holdings S.A. (“Netia”) (WSE: NET, NET2), Poland's largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, today announced that the management board of the Polish National Depository for Securities (the “Depository”) decided that from May 28, 2003, Netia’s series J shares indicated by a code No. PLNETIA00089 will be assigned a new code No. PLNETIA00071, which is currently also assigned to 312,626,040 of Netia’s series H shares.
