New offerings within fixed Internet access in ADSL technology (24/2005)
WARSAW, Poland – April 4, 2005 – Netia SA (“Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland's largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, today announced the introduction of new services within a broadband Internet access in ADSL technology – “Net 24 Optimum” and “Net24 VIP”. The services are addressed to Netia’s subscribers using either analog or ISDN lines.
The users of “Net24 Optimum” can download data with the speed of 256 kb/s while the transmission speed is 64kb/s. The users of “Net24 VIP” can download data with the speed of 1024kb/s while the transmission speed is 160kb/s. The installation fee for “Net24 Optimum” and “Net24 VIP” services is PLN 81 net (98.82 gross) and the monthly fees are PLN 70 net (85.40 gross) and PLN 140 net (170.80 gross), respectively.
The price for “Net24 premium” service will be decreased to PLN 110 net (PLN 134.20 gross). The price for “Net24 Komfort” will remain unchanged at PLN 55 net (PLN 67.10 gross).
