Recharging Prepaid Accounts for Netia Customers
Netia is the first fixed-line operator in Poland to offer a new system of paying for prepaid mobile services.
Netia customers who use prepaid services of any mobile operator in Poland can recharge their phone cards through Netia Online – Netia’s web-based customer service system – or by calling Infonetia at 0-801 802 803 or *88 (toll free within Netia network).
The charge will be added to the next bill issued by Netia.
On May 15, 2007, Netia enabled its customers to recharge phone cards of PLAY. Currently, the offer applies to prepaid services offered by all Polish mobile operators.
The new service allows for convenient recharging of phone cards by phone or Internet and settling the amounts due on a post payment basis.
