Trade Union Ended Collective Dispute with Netia

The NSZZ Solidarność Netia-Ericsson Inter-company Trade Union Organisation has ended a collective dispute with Netia, commenced in February 2007. The Parties concluded an agreement and settled all disputes amicably.

In accordance with the concluded agreement, Netia has presented trade union with a suggested pay plan, regulations for employee remuneration and bonus system. Other provisions of the agreement will be implemented in accordance with the timetable established by the Parties.

“We are satisfied with the progress of negotiations with Netia. The employer meets the deadlines and obligations. I am glad that we were able to reach the agreement and end the dispute.”, said Marcin Habera, Chairman of the NSZZ Solidarność Netia-Ericsson Inter-company Trade Union Organisation.

“The dialogue between Netia and the trade union is conducted in the atmosphere of understanding, on the principles of partnership and with respect to mutual interests. At the same time it is worth underlining that the provisions of the agreement do not differ from budgetary assumptions made by the management board at the beginning of the current year.”, said Mirosław Godlewski, CEO of Netia.
