Huge increase in Netia brand value ranked by Rzeczpospolita daily


Netia recorded an increase of its brand value by 279% over the previous year in Rzeczpospolita’s daily ranking of most valuable Polish brands, noting the fastest rate of growth in brand value of all companies in the survey. It was 92nd among 300 companies ranked for brand value on the Polish market. The ranking estimated Netia’s brand at PLN 88.2 million in 2007 compared to PLN 23.2 million in 2006.

The ranking covers only consumer brands and therefore the valuation does not reflect the Netia brand value in respect to business clients.

- We are very happy to note such a large increase in Netia’s brand value. This results from our efforts to build an attractive offer for broadband Internet access throughout this year. It is also excellent news for our shareholders as it indirectly increases our goodwill and guarantees a further increase in sales. For our clients, the brand is a guarantee of quality of our services and our market position - said Mirosław Godlewski, President of the Management Board of Netia.
