An amendment to the current report No. 21/2010 dated June 10, 2010 (21/2010/K)
The Management Board of Netia SA (“Company” or “Netia”) (WSE: NET), Poland’s largest alternative provider of fixed-line telecommunications services, hereby makes an amendment to the current report No. 21/2010 dated June 10, 2010.
The amendment is in regard to a correction of the editorial mistake in the EGM announcement in the section “Information to shareholders - right to participate in the EGM". The deadline for requesting a registered certificate confirming the right to participate in the EGM is the first business day after the Record Date, i.e.: 12 July 2010, while it was mistakenly presented 11 July 2010.
The announcement after amendment is attached in an annex.
Legal basis:
§ 6 section 2 in connection with §38 section 1 subsection 1 and subsection 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259 with amendments).
