A candidate to the Supervisory Board proposed by a Shareholder
Netia’s management board published below the professional CV of Mr. Jacek Czernuszenko, a candidate for an independent supervisory board member of Netia, received by the Company. The candidate was proposed by the investment fund Aviva Otwartego Funduszu Emerytalnego Aviva BZ WBK represented by Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva BZ WBK SA.
In the opinion of the proposing shareholder, the presence on the supervisory boards of persons who are meeting the independence criteria positively influences a company’s image, its activities and market value.
