A candidate to the Supervisory Board proposed by a Shareholder (ING)
Netia’s management board published below the professional CV of Mr. Przemyslaw Glebocki, a candidate for an independent Supervisory Board member of Netia, received by the Company. The candidate was proposed by the investment fund ING Otwartego Funduszu Emerytalnego represented by ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne SA.
In the opinion of the proposing shareholder, professional experience and professionalism of Mr. Przemyslaw Glebocki allow to conclude that this candidate may bring a lot of value to Netia SA, guarantying the proper execution of duties of an independent Supervisory Board member.
