A candidate to the Supervisory Board proposed by a Shareholder (FIP 11 FIZAN)
Netia’s management board published below the professional CV of Ms. Bogusława Matuszewska, a candidate for a Supervisory Board member of Netia, received by the Company. The candidate was proposed by FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych. In opinion of the Shareholder, the candidate meets the criteria of an independent Supervisory Board member in accordance with the Company’s Statute.
Ms. Bogusława Matuszewska graduated in Telecommunications from the Wrocław University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics. In 1984 she achieved her M.Sc. degree in engineering. From January 1. 2009 to June 22, 2010 she was member of the Management Board of Polkomtel SA. From June 22, 2010 to December 31, 2011 she served as Deputy President of the Management Board of Polkomtel SA. From March 5, 2012 to October 25, 2013 she was Deputy President of the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA. From December 2013 until now she holds the position of the President of Foundation FSCD Polska.
